“Not everyone will listen to a sermon but most will listen to a song”
Cheyna is originally from New York and has spent most of her life on the east coast . In 2016 she found her way over to the west coast where she currently settles in Sacramento, California. Cheyna has always had a very special interest in music! When she mixed her God given passion with God give truth she realized what her purpose in life was.
She has 2 albums made public with her newest album “Gratitude” in the works as well as a few others! She has also had the opportunity to travel to sing across the state, across the country, and across the world!
She has also Bible worked for multiple churches, attended multiple Bible colleges, and has worked in various forms of ministry for all ages.
Currently Cheyna is working full time in music ministry and is happy to share a message of hope and love in Christ in song.
Since quitting her job Cheyna has taken over 100 planes, travelled over 50,000 miles, sang in multiple languages, and has met so many incredible people around the world! She concluded a mini tour in the UK in the summer of 2024 and has gained so many life changing experiences along the way. In December of 2024 she also had the grand opportunity of singing for a NBA Sacramento Kings game. When she isn’t traveling or singing on a stage she enjoys mentoring those in her vocal lessons, writing songs for herself, custom songs for weddings, or theme songs for conferences and organizations.
“Music is such a powerful tool that can be used for good or for evil. I have seen how music is being used by the devil to manipulate people into coming away from the only One that can give true hope. If the devil can use it in that way, we know that the Creator of music can, will, and is using music in a powerful way to bring people to Himself and give them the best way to navigate this life. Not everyone will listen to a sermon but most people will listen to a song! I promise to use my musical gifts and abilities for God’s honor and glory and to point people to the One that loves them more than they could ever imagine!”
